职位描述:

Mainly be responsible for the company’s customer development and sales of the municipal and industry market in Shanghai, Guangdong, Jiangsu, Zhejiang, Jiangxi, Anhui; organize to implement sales strategies to achieve the company’s market share and sales target of that region;

Make company’s product strategy and business development plans according to its business development requirements and market characters of that region;

Establish smooth communication channels to customers; be responsible for business negotiation with the customers; make sure the receiving of the payment of the goods; establish long term good and stable relationship with the customers;

Ensure to achieve the sale performance and ensure the well control and well management of sales expense;

According to the company’s long-term development, organize to carry out the sales team development; be responsible for the team KPI to support the achievement of sales target.

职位要求:

Position request: Sales Engineer/Sales Manager/Regional Fleet Sales Manager : Several


Good personality, bachelor degree or above, age 25-40 years old.

Municipal environmental sanitation: more than 2 years sales related to municipal sanitation system, local residents and with customer resources is preferred;

Industry market:Good sales performance & sales experience in shipbuilding industry, automobile industry, airport industry etc, is preferred;

Good marketing analysis, sales and promotion ability;

Develop sales plans alone and look for strategy to satisfy the customers;

Good written and oral expression ability, comprehensive and profound sales knowledge and skills, keen market sense;

Good team work, and interpersonal communication and coordination ability & good ability in problem solving;

Good management skills and leadership;

Willing to travel & to be a salesman
